ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is the latest type of super short linear vibrating feeder, designed specifically for feeding large lump of materials evenly before the primary crushers at crushing & screening station. This series is various in models, solid in construction, impact-proof and reliable in operation. It can not only assure constant and even feeding, but also can screen the feeding materials, which can make the system more economical and rational. It is an indispensable equipment in the screening & crushing production line.

 

Working principle:

The vibration feeder consists of frame, springs, vibration exciter, frame for motor and the electric motor. The vibration exciter consists of two eccentric axles. Those two rows of gears should meet each other. The two eccentric axles are driven by the electric motor and produce great straight exciting force and make the main frame do forced vibration on the supporting spring. At the same time, the raw materials are driven by the vibration. They slide on the trough, doing projectile motion so that they could be sent into the machines. When the raw materials pass the grizzly bar on the trough, the small particles will drop down through the backlashes so that it is unnecessary to crush them in the next process.
